What does the cost include?
The cost covers from the time registrants get to the airport until the time they return to the
airport. This includes the event cost, major meals, travel, lodging, and activities.

What if cost is a concern?
We know rising costs can make trips like this feel out of reach, so we’ve worked to keep it affordable while maintaining quality. Students are encouraged to fundraise with their church or zone, and a fundraising ideas resource will be shared soon.

How will you keep track of so many students?
We’ll travel in “Family Groups” led by two adult volunteers, with a max 1:6 adult-to-student ratio. All adult volunteers and students with smartphones must use the Life360 app to share their location with group leaders and the NYC Coordinator during the trip.

What is the cancellation policy?
The NYC registration fee includes trip cancellation and interruption insurance for verified events like medical emergencies, quarantine, natural disasters, or CDC travel restrictions. Through an individual claims process, participants may recover non-refundable travel and registration costs if fees cannot be transferred to another person.
